Hi! We are...Palmyra Pharmacy and Gift Shop.

As this Christmas season gets busier and busier, we are daily meeting new customers in our store. So we thought that we would take a moment to introduce ourselves to you formally and clarify a few things about our shop.

We welcome you to Palmyra Pharmacy & Gift Shop. We are an independently owned pharmacy and gift shop. Although we are a Hallmark Gold Crown store, we are not owned by Hallmark. We are a small business that is locally owned and operated. We are not affiliated with any other store. Questions have been arising as to whether or not we are “attached” to other stores that have closed or may no longer be carrying Hallmark merchandise. The answer is no. Our owner has one store. We were never owned by Rhoads Hallmark and Gift or by Hershey Pharmacy and Gift. We did own Middletown Card & Gift Shop. We did close that location when we expanded our Palmyra location. This was a decision that was made by management in the best interest of our business.

We welcome customers from these other stores and hope that you will find a “home” with us. Anything that we can do to serve you better, we will try to do to the best of our ability.

We are committed to bringing you the best selection in the area for cards and gifts. We do not have the exact same products that other stores you have shopped in the past may have carried. We have a different buyer, different store layout, different clientele, etc. We hope that you are able to find a gift in our shop for anyone on your list. Please reach out to us if you have suggestions or comments. We welcome feedback.

We do accept all Hallmark coupons at our store and do accept the Crown Rewards Card. You are welcome to use your Hallmark Reward Dollars and Bonus Dollars on any Hallmark or non-Hallmark regular priced gift merchandise in our store. We do not double up discounts. Each item can only carry one discount, reward, bonus, or coupon. As a small business, we will do our best to get you the best deal that we can and still remain in business. We understand that times are tough. Please know that when you shop our store you are supporting local folks who work hard to provide you the best service that they can.

We are a full service pharmacy offering prescription refills, immunizations, mediset service, and local delivery. You can find over the counter medications in our pharmacy area, pick up your prescriptions, and shop for cards and gifts all in the same shopping trip. We can transfer your medications for you. We would be happy to take care of your prescriptions and answer any questions you may have

Finally, if you wish to receive information on what is going on in our store, please sign up for e-mails. Hallmark e-mails are separate from e-mails from Palmyra Pharmacy & Gift Shop. You can sign up via our website or in person. Make sure that you turn off any SPAM filters and that you add us to your accepted e-mail list. E-mail is our easiest way to communicate with you and make you aware of our specials, contests, giveaways, etc.

This has been a season of change for us as well as our customers. It continues to be a difficult year with shipping delays and Hallmark computer restructuring. So please, accept our apologies for any out of stock items and delays. We strive to get everything that our customers are requesting and it disappoints us as much as it disappoints you when we cannot do so.
